Return & Refund Policy (Custom – Ready to Use)

Return Policy:
If you receive a damaged product, you must return it within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used/worn products
- Beauty products / cosmetics
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Sale items or discounted items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
We will replace the item or provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product for a different size or variant:
- Start a return request
- Once approved, send back your item
- Place a new order for the required item
- ₹100/- will be charged for exchange
This ensures faster processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank
